Helping the civil society in Israel following the October 7 massacre

About the Israel Civil Relief Association

Israel Civil Relief is a non-profit association we established the day after the terrifying attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

We are a group of Switzerland residents, some of us are native Swiss, and some are from Israel. We decided to immediately collect donations and send supplies and support to the civil front of Israel. We received requests from multiple villages on the borders of Gaza and Lebanon, who urgently need life-saving supplies in order to prepare for any further attack.

Within the first week we collected more than 10,000 Euros and started to purchase and ship equipment for emergency squads in these villages. We work with partner organizations in Switzerland and in Israel, to procure, ship, and distribute equipment.

More recently, we also started to collect donations to help displaced families and civilians. These people, some of them lost many relatives, are left without a home, without their belongings, in many cases without jobs, and with the schools still being closed. They need immediate help.

We are focused on immediate support: any funds donated to us are immediately used to help civilians in Israel.

Our organization is based solely on volunteers. 100% of the donations go directly to civil support in Israel (with a small fraction used for operational purposes like paying for the website). None of us take salaries.
